I swear I've read some where to do this. I had a mayo that I liked that didn't have a bunch of crap in it but now I've noticed recently there's EDTA in it. And I can't find a mayo w/out it in my regular grocery store. So, I sent the kid to school today w/a balogna (not really balogna--it's just what we call it) and cheese sandwich with greek yogurt and mustard. Is he gonna hate me?
we use vegenaise-- http://followyourheart.com/faq-products/vegenaise/ingredients Expeller-Pressed Canola Oil, Filtered Water, Brown Rice Syrup, Apple Cider Vinegar, Soy Protein, Sea Salt, Mustard Flour, Lemon Juice
mayo is pretty easy to make if you have a good blender.
Oh my god, I had this once and it is NASTY.
Do you cook your eggs? I've never cared for jarred mayonnaise, but Julia Child's recipe is wonderful. And involves raw eggs so I almost never make it.
I used some Greek yogurt dip today, with french onion flavor. It was good. I would use that on a sandwich.http://www.skotidakis.com/en/products/product-dip-french-onion-454g.php
