I love puff pastry! I usually make empandas with it. I wonder why yours was still doughy? I wonder if maybe your oven temp is off. Have you baked other things successfully?
did you roll them out? That's what I did and it came out puffy and flaky.
I can't recall baking anything in this oven yet. I didn't not. Are you supposed to? I bought some regular ones today so I'll try it again. I don't have my roller yet so I'll have to look for something to improvise.
