I just really don't want to get sick, especially not with what could be a stomach virus. And I REALLY don't want Reid to get it.

It really could be stress.  I've been known to throw up on a Sunday night and it has totally had to do with going to work on Monday morning.

Yeah, and DH has a digestive system that reacts badly to stress, for sure.

Not sure - he was taking a nap earlier, and he just emailed me about something, so he must be awake, but I don't have a health report. I'm doing fine - just sleepy, which is normal for this time of day. :) I don't want to go to the gym tonight, either, but that's just me being lazy.

Yay, meri!

DH is tired, but seems to be okay. No fever. Just some digestive issues today.

Yay Meri!

Deb...I guess that means stress and not sick...which is good for you and Reid. Bummer for the DH tho.  Stress sucks.

Yeah, that's what it's looking like. Or a virus that Reid and I are immune to. I wish I could help him with his stress, but part of me thinks he gets a rush from it, because he refuses to do anything about it. Oh well!

I bought a tagine yesterday and I'm so excited to use it. I unearthed a couple of old threads to help me get over my paranoia about cracking it.  :panic:

Debba- tagged you on something on pinterest.

So i have this patient who comes in every month and she came in today. She is probably about 10 lbs overweight. She runs and horseback rides. Well, she is telling me that she has no appetite and if she eats under 2400 cals/day she feels like crap.  :e) I was like, wow. I did not say anything, but i was in my head, like, if i eat 2400 cals/day i would be HUGE! She must have an incredible metabolism. She has been seeing me for years and has maintained her weight. I think she is pretty average for her age (50?). But my jaw was just hitting the floor. She runs about 1 time a week :D
