great job at the relay! 5lbs? wow! after my first 50M which was like 95F, i was up 7 lbs, wtf? (salt tablets probably + gatorade).

Yes, by the end of last week i was fighting to keep my eyes open. i hope we adjust to the early wake up. so tomorrow's schedule at work looks very light, so i am going to leave early and get a run in, i may even go to the park on my way home before picking DD up :) Then it will almost make up for missing today's runs.

and i decided when i start to lose weight, which has got to happen at some point, i am sure, i am going to reward with LuLuLemon shopping, probably 1 item because that alone will break the bank :D

If I could fit into Lululemon stuff, that would definitely be a reward for me - someday!

Are running pants really worth over $100 though? Do they look that much better than the stuff elsewhere? I just cannot bring myself to spend that kind of money on it.

This morning I was down 3 pounds from what I weighed in on Sunday. WTF? Why am I always up on weigh in day? I know it is the overall trend that matters but it works at my confidence when that happens.

MM- they are super expensive. a lot of my patients wear lululemon stuff and it does seem much higher quality than anything i have ever owned. I was just on the site and question if i could ever actually buy something there. who knows.

good job on being down! maybe the stress of the weighin???

They also do alterations for free any time as well which is nice for me since I am short.

So we had bought these smoothie mixes at weight watchers a few weeks back. I used them a few times and noticed it made me feel like crap so last night I looked at the ingredients to see what the deal was. Damn things are made from soy. It was the second ingredient.  >:( I guess I need to get used to reading packages more carefully.  :(

70 mins on the TM done :) hard to get out of bed, since i was up at 3:45am when DD woke up for a few minutes, and never really went back to sleep.

Dammit, this morning did not go well at all. DH is sick, so we slept like crap all night. On top of that, we got to bed late because a friend of ours came over to help take out a half-fence in our backyard, and that didn't get done until 9.15 and it was close to 9.30 before Reid went to bed and then I had to straighten the kitchen and DH was whining about not feeling good and just.... GAH.

So I skipped this morning. Awesome. I only get one more skip day!

AND, I lost a point at WW this week, which is good, but I'm not used to it yet, so I keep making decisions based on my old point count.  :grr:

Nice work meri!
Deb try not to beat yourself up too much, shit happens.

I've gained back most of my lost weight from the weekend but still feel incredibly drained.  My body has rebelled against me with early AF, and my inability to keep food in me for any length of time....goes straight through.  I'm hoping to finally be caught up on sleep, we shall see how today goes.

Toast and Gatorade for breakfast.

Good luck, Bolloxd - and thanks. :) I'll get back on track tomorrow. I was so tired this morning, I slept through the alarms.

i have had no change in weight, but i know when i first started getting serious and really counting calories, etc, in December, it took three weeks then i lost three pounds. Unfortunately, i have lost one pound since then.  :argh: i will say, since i have stopped nursing, my weight does not fluctuate as much as it has in the past, it would be all over the place. Trying to be patient.

Debba- tomorrow is a new day and my wake up services are still available :)

Bollox, those overnight relay races take a toll on you.  I was just wasted for for a few days after mine.  Hang in there, you'll recover!

Today is day 3 and going pretty well. Each day gets a bit easier. Day 1 was bad and I did cave in to temptation. I had a "come to jesus" moment on the scale yesterday morning and yesterday was much better. ;) Down a bit today and feeling so much better now that I'm eating healthier again.

I went out to dinner last night at a steakhouse and it was so not on plan. I did have the salmon which I thought would be low points (it wasn't) and mashed potatoes, veggies, soup, and two dinner rolls because our food took so friggin long to come. We easily waited an hour and there went even any other customers. Then my salmon was overcooked and dried out so it wasn't even worth the points. Grr. Oh well today is a new day.

Crap, I'm going to have to run to the grocery store at lunch to get something prepared for dinner. DH isn't supposed to have dairy with one of his antibiotics - apparently the medicine will bind to the lactose and his body might not absorb enough of the medicine. Everything else we had planned to make this week involved dairy in some way. :mad2: Oh, and he was "too tired" to make sandwiches last night, so I don't have lunch, either. Which, fine, whatever, he's not feeling great. Except that his doctor's appointment was at 9.30 yesterday morning, the ultrasound was at 1.45, and the rest of that time, he was at home. He managed to run a load of laundry (didn't fold it, though), but he couldn't make a PB&J?

*sigh*
