hi ladies. i have been lurking, not really much to post. i was supposed to run 20 this morning but my running partner's feet are still torn up from our rainy 100 mile trail race 2 weeks ago, so we just did 15 (and it was raining again today, which did not help). I am going to try to feel really invigorated for healthy eating tomorrow. I am planning on getting some 2 a days in this week and i see the Midwife on Wed to have the mirena out
