Yes...I intend to use the inhaler for coughing fits too. I get them when I get up in the morning and when I try to run outside.

I use the inhaler before a run, but for some reason it had never occurred to me to try it during a coughing fit. I'm a dumbass. :)

maybe dehydration, but i drank my big bottle of water and then some prior to my run and was sipping on the run. i felt sorry for myself and ate a piece of croissant from the Panera box  :grr:

Don't feel bad! Your body was obviously needing something and you responded

Allegra 180 (taken in the morning)! No zombie-ness. (Don't get the Allegra-D, though. That one does have decongestant in it.)

Unfortunatley I tried that one a few years ago. It also resulted in zombie. i think I am particularly sensitive or something.

I've never even heard of Allegra 180. Luckily, the Zyrtec haze seems to have worn off a bit.

I am so thankful I don't have any allergy problems.  Sorry for all of you that are suffering, I know it sucks because I see my DH all jacked up because of it.

My eating has been ok today (except for those damn peanut m&m's) and I did manage to get out and do my scheduled 4 miles.  Kettle bell workout in the morning and hopefully 4 miles after work.

nice work Jules!

I never had allergies until last spring and they hit me hard.  I take Zyrtec and it helps enough for me to not mind the rest of the symptoms.  It makes me a little sleepy but not too bad -- is it possible there are different dosages?

I was really really good today about eating and running.  We even went to Cracker Barrel tonight after my DD's gymnastics class and I ate some scrambled egg beaters and a salad, no croutons (or bacon).  but now I'm eating chocolate chip macaroons.  Please tell me to cut it out.

Hmmm, I don't know if there are different dosages or not. I just take the OTC generic version.

I think we should merge the two.

Yeah, I don't remember seeing more than one dosage either.

5.35 miles tonight on the treadmill in an hour. One of my best runs in a VERY long time.

Eating wasn't so great. I went to Brazilian food for lunch and I dont even want to know how many points it was.

Oh no.. Make sure he rests up...

I don't know if it's the fitbit or what but I weighed two pounds less than I weighed last week and to be honest, I haven't really been trying, but I think just using it and even logging 75% of my food makes me more conscious of what I am putting in my mouth.

sheesh. get on pinterest and follow my recipes!!!!

I started the recipe sauteing some sweet onion diced, then added mushrooms and diced carrots, then once that was all soft, i added the tofu and the rest of the stuff. i added a little extra dijon as well. oh, i also threw a little frozen corn in there. It was really good! most recipes i make are laden with curry powder, and it gets boring fast.

Yay!

I got mine all and wore it last night while I slept.  It says I woke up 21 times.   :yikes:

How do I connect with you, MoS (and anyone else who has one)?  Thru the website?  I love that it wirelessly sends data when it's near the docking thing.  That's at home, so I won't really know much until I get home.  Except, I think it tells me steps and stuff on there, right?

Do I need to do something special before a workout?  Like set it some way, like I did before I went to sleep?

Send me a request through the website.. Put my email in and invite me..

As far as setting... Nope.. You need to hold the button down for two seconds before you go to sleep and then when you wake up again 2 seconds and that should put it in step mode... You can press the button through the course of the day to see steps/calories/distance floors... the only thing you really don't get is the sync by not uploading is the sync to myfitnesspal which would tell you if you earned extra calories to eat...

I am still obsessed with mine.. people at work and track think I'm nots!
