Got in my monthly half marathon distance training run on the last day of the month. Whew.


Cold, but at least sunny. 12°F, but feeling 5°F

5.3 on the treadmill. Tomorrow I have to travel an hour and half south to King of Prussia to pick up a male goat and take my wife to get fitted for Meta Ray Bans(I live a weird life huh?) and I plan on getting a good 9 mile outdoor run in.

I still need to go outside to do farm closing chores and put away 2000 pounds of chicken feed by hand bleh
