Fast Eddie, good that your hip seemed to hold up okay and hope that it keeps improving.
Kawasa, nice running!
Ran 9 miles on the paved rail trail that was covered with just a paper-thin dusting of snow, so the footing was pretty good. Almost everything else has been snow and ice covered. It was also a mild mid-teens and I enjoyed the run. First 4 or so were easy (8:40s then picked it up to 8:20s, which on the ice is probably L2).
Temps dropped in the afternoon now it's deep cold and windy and I'm not sure how I'll handle the weekend, will attempt an easy classic ski today (had signed up for an 8K skate race but it was canceled due to the sub zero temps and -15 wind chills.
