6 miles in the daylight. The light was a nice change from my now usual night runs but my legs were feeling last night's hill session.

Long run tomorrow!

Where do you go to run at night?  I have to drive to town this time of year and it is such a deterrent, lol.

I mostly run the same roads I normally run but I avoid the busier ones. I usually only see a few cars since it's so rural where I live.

I'm sure it's not quite as safe as during the day but people can definitely see me. I run with the Kogalla ultra trail light on a belt, it's nearly as bright as headlights on a vehicle. I just don't have time in the morning before work since I have to do farm chores and it's dark when I get home from work at 5 PM so if I want to run that's my only choice.

It can be interesting though. The other day when I did hill repeats someone came out to investigate what I was doing and someone else kept double locking their car (making it beep) lol
