10 mile progression run with a 2 mile cool down. 7:01, 6:41, 6:26,6:17, 6:12, 6:01, 6:00, 5:56, 5:52, and 5:47. Mile 2 and 3 got away from me a little bit and made for some quicker than planned later miles. My left knee and hip are hurting a little.
The weather was glorious, 53°F and sunny with no wind. Crisp fall day. I ran on a local rail to trail along a river to get away from pounding the pavement.
