4 miles between showers and downpours. Cool enough for long sleeves.

11.23 miles. My legs did not feel like running at all and it ended up being the hilliest run I've ever done, 1,004 feet of elevation gain.

Weather was actually a bit too warm but a nice breeze kicked in around mile 8.

I ran the US masters 5K road championships yesterday, and was 2nd in my age group on a hilly and very wet course. Our team was also second and we wrapped the team title for 2025.
