7 miles. I didn't know how I'd feel after the race yesterday and also I ate some unhealthy stuff last night and kinda suffered for it. I ended up feeling pretty well and put a little spice on the last mile. I got out there before it started getting too hot and it was a gorgeous fall smelling day.

I did the 10 mile and held it together. I wouldn't call it ugly but the weather wasn't ideal (about 70 and with 10-15 mph winds, and some higher gusts). 1:05:30, 1st in age group.

64-flat +/-, I split 64:30 last month in a half but that was on a perfect day on a mostly flat course. This one was quite hilly and it was 27 degrees warmer and much at the start. I had a solid race, the conditions were not great for running fast.
