My achilles acted up while moving out of an apartment into our house over the weekend. Rested Sunday but did an easy double (3.2, 4.5) today  I think it's better and will resume training thi week, although probably no speed work until at least the weekend

Sounds like it’s raining everywhere.

7km hike with 230m vert. About 1/3 of it power hike. Nursing a heel injury. Got off the trail before the serious rains hit. 13*C.
