Really hilly 6.5 miles around 10:00AM. It was a nice, cloudy, 70°F. Brought me to 36.9 miles for the week, a new high for me. I have a 9 mile race on Thanksgiving I'm trying to build for.

Short gravel bike ride Sunday, instead of a run.

I did a few footraces this summer but my next one is also Thanksgiving Day, a short local 5k.
