First summer run of 11.25K. Not as hot and humid I expected, but a nice summer's evening run.

Last swing through Colorado before we leave.

Ran an 8 mile trail race in Steamboat Springs. It had 1100' of vertical, and the course was a single track trail with a zillion switchbacks. Had some fun.

5k trail race. At the start they told us no one had broke 20 minutes yet and I won in 18:48. It was a little hot but not bad and it was really muddy in some stretches.
