Monday May 5th

Checked out my Canada Race routes that I act as Race Director. 5K and 1K.

Body is a little beaten up from working an Aid Station at the Toronto Marathon yesterday. Slogging Powerade and water jugs, bending down to pick up hundreds of paper cups and discarded gel packs did a number on my back. Yes we had rakes and shovels, but chasing individual cups blown in the wind, and stuck down gel packs calls for manual pickup.

I logged out 60 minutes on the trails.  It was really nice.  And no one to witness my out of shape-Ness.

Fast Eddie are you involved with the RBC race for the kids at all this year?  It's going back to in person I think.

Nope. That's a race I am not involved in. Be at all the Shopper's Run for Women in the GTA. Having our first organizers meeting for the Toronto Run for the Cure next week.
