5 hill repeats on a 5 mile run. Temperature a reasonably comfortable 70° and with a partial overcast. Now back to the Olympics coverage.

Toss up whether to run or take a rest day. Run won and I got out for 14K. Rest day tomorrow.

Back on the training train after several races in a short span.
14 miles in Boulder today, 64 for the week.
