Afternoon run for me. We’ve been having a lot of rain, but today it only threatened during my 5 miles.

I beat the wind this morning and did 8.2 miles with a 5K tempo on the track. Warm up and cool down were off the track. After an easy week and dialed back month for racing and recovery I'm picking it up again.

Easy 6K run. I have a Hoka Shoe Company info session tomorrow, with an 7K run around a theme park included. Need to be spry enough to avoid any clowns.
