At some point we should add more than daily runs onto the sub forum here. Some day.
I did a double with an AM run of 6.9 miles with 3X2K threshold on the track, 8:16, 8:04, 7:57, with 200 m jog recovery. I was feeling pretty off on the first rep, my quads have been tight all week even though I foam rolled the other day. But after that, feeling pretty good. In the afternoon I jogged an easy 3.5 miles, and a did a few strides to wrap it up.
