Despite common sense suffering through a bit of flu last night and lack of sleep, I ran a 10K this morning.
Now my body and especially legs are totally knackered.

Did 19.4 miles on a bike path and gravel trails. Started out cool in the low-mid 60s in the shade along the creek but warmed up to about 80 by the time I finished, my HR rose with the temps, and I was 150s by the last 3 miles. Knees held up okay.
