Ran a slow 3.5 miles. Both of my Achilles were sore.
Light rain, 70°.

3 miles, lots of sweat, 72°F. I suspect I need to acclimate if summer really going to arrive up here.

14km, starting with 4K of one minute on/ one minute off intervals. The balance was run/walk alternating with a buddy.
Hot and humid, around 104*F at the start.

another short flat jog. no asthma, no heartattack, no fall down, no hit by car.

The scientific consensus might, of course, be wrong. If the history of science teaches anything, it is humility. But our grandchildren will surely blame us if they find that we understood the reality of climate change and failed to do anything about it.
