I did a dodge the snow double workout today.
AM - 6.1 miles with 5X 5 min around a campground loop (rolling) with 1 min recovery, those ranged from 6:35-50 pace (after a sluggish first 2-3 minutes). Finished just before it started snowing.
PM 5.4 miles on treadmill. 10X 90 sec on, 90 sec off with decreasing hill resistance, increasing speed. Starting at 5% and 7:30 pace finishing at 0.5% and 6:15.
