Ran a 3.4 mile trail race today, my first in person distance race in two years when I won my age group at this race. I did not win my age group today but that’s OK.


And now off to go work my fast twitch muscles at hockey!

1:23 half today, won the masters OA and AG. Best result in 2 years following long injury slog, pandemic and getting it back together.

Great work guys.

Normally Sunday would be a day off, but rain is in the forecast all day tomorrow, so easy 6K this evening.
