One more short 5k run to truly beat the rain and T-storms. First line coming through already, but the pop ups went north and south of us. Kept my lightning alert handy but it never got closer than 22.3 km. Only a few drops of rain on me.

Nice leisurely pace, HR zone 1; 7 minute kms. Wanted to keep something in the tank in case I needed to sprint back if the weather turned bad!

Gorgeous weather here. Sunny and low 70Fs. Metric marathon distance, 26.2K.

Sunny and low 70’s here in Seattle area too. Did 3.4 miles.
