De-stressor 7.5 miles in a bit over an hour in the sun, on a crisp morning. It was about 35 when I started, maybe 40 by the finish. Taking it easy for a couple of weeks here, following four months of 60 or so mile weeks. Mixing in some rest, easy cycling some days, and a bit of xc skiing on weekends and holidays and I might get in about 30 miles of running this week. Have rested or cross trained six days over the past two weeks and amazed at how rapidly I seem to lose running fitness!
