23K, then felt a twitch and small cramp in my right hams. Decided to walk the last 2.75K home with a stop at Sbux for coffee.

9.2 miles with 5.6K of threshold reps. Did the reps in brand new Endorphin Pros--first time in a carbon-plated shoe of any kind--and was not disappointed. Dropped ~8 seconds a mile compared to recent efforts, bumping up to VDOT of 54+.

45 minutes of fartleks on my very old and very basic treadmill. No idea of distance, but good sweat and heart rate bumps.

Shoveled and moved another 3 yards of planting mix from the curb to new flower bed. 1 hour lawn mow and 8 miles cycling.
Still on for tomorrow to start running again. 4 miles planned.
