I went out for 5 and despite the heat and humidity, decided to keep gong and knock out the 9 I had planned for this weekend. Now I can go for a social run on Sunday.

Cycling 12 miles and shoveled/wheel-barowed 4 yards of bedding dirt from the curb to a new flower bed.
Still pain free so planning to run Sunday.
