3.3 miles.  Cloudy, 82 degrees.  Despite the disgusting temp, my run was excellent for some reason.

Woke up at 6am, changed in my running clothes, and just as I opened the door to head out, the heavens opened up. Went back to bed for an hour before heading to work. Got my run in this evening instead as the daytime heat broke and some thunder showers briefly moved in. 13.7K

Did 4.4 miles when I got a call and had to run home, get the car, and pick up the DW who forgot to poop before heading out on her run. Been there. Done that myself .

16.5M cycling in 90 minutes which is my average pokey pace. I'm pretty much back to doing everything except running. Not taking any pain meds which is kinda amazing considering I was downing leftover Vicodins from dental work like jelly beans as recently as Monday. I'd like to get the MRI done before I try running but "they" (the scheduling service my doctor uses) hasn't even called me yet. I'll call them today.

Going through my data it seems that the week of the injury was the greatest number of steps taken since I started wearing wearing my Garmin in January and the day before my injury was the greatest number of steps taken in a day. The run 2 days before the injury included the fastest 10K time. So despite no "triggering event" and not a record week for running mileage during base building, I can see how some threshold was exceeded.
