8.4 miles with a tune-up workout on the track, drills, pick ups, 4X 800 at CV (1:10 jog recovery), and 4X 200 getting progressively faster. I did not feel good, hit my times but felt harder than it should.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

I'm impressed that you are still motivated to do quality workouts.  I see some of my Mass Velocity friends doing this as well.  Even though there are no races on the horizon indefinitely (other than virtual races).  I can't.

You're still getting out there on a regular basis and keeping that baseline fitness level.

I like doing the work and the variety of the weekly routine. However, not motivated to go 100%. I've been seeing and hearing of some runners in our age group at or very close to American record level this spring while doing individual time trials. I'm operating at about 20% less volume than a year or two ago, performance level is a bit down, but feels about right for now.
I'll stick to running, thank you.

Beautiful sunny, not too hot Spring day.

26K bike ride just before noon. 14K late afternoon run.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
