Reps again today.
20 minute warm up
5X 1000 m (with 200 m jog recovery ~1:10 to 1:15) followed by a 200 and 2X 100 m for a little bit of speed.
Reps felt good (3:51 average and all within 1 to 1.5 seconds of each other). Don't know if it will yet translate to race/time trial fitness, but with the relatively short recovery you can't fake it). Planning on a 15K time trial this weekend.
