Mine was 7.3 miles with 25 minute warm up, 10 minute cool down, and a workout in between. First track workout since Oct. or maybe even Sept., and first of this build up.
Did 1400 (6:06 mile pace), 1200 (6:16), and 1000 (6:10) with recovery of 1/3 of rep duration; 10 minute recovery; then all out mile (5:54). So it's coming along.
Also skep of USATF masters t&f going off in July but holding out some hope for local racing by summer.
