Saturday March 14

Alas, I should be sprinting against the fastest 60-year-olds in the country today....
I do not have the motivation to do hard sprint training at this point. So I did an easy 30 minute jog for an unknown distance. I’ll do some short distance running for the forseeable future. The Connecticut Master’s games in mid May has not been canceled… Yet.

14K on Pi Day. Roads were abnormally quiet, even for a school March Break Saturday. Everyone it seems is hunkering down at home, unless they are headed for the grocery store. All city run rec centres and museums have been closed.
