Worked a Half Marathon in northern Ontario, Sudbury. Wrapped it up just before 1pm and then made the four hour drive back to Toronto. Took my stuff into the house, changed, and went out for a 11K run. 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

1 hour of strength training (medicine ball, slide board, battle rope) + 45 minutes of stretching
