Track workout today! My right quad and hip flexor were sore after hockey last night but they felt better as the workout wore on.
20 minutes dynamic warmups and sprint drills.
3 sets of 4 x 100m @90-95%.
5 minutes rest in between sets.
Some HS kids showed up halfway through my workout at the Reggie and were shouting encouragement to the old gray haired guy while they were warming up.
