20 mins dynamic stretching and sprint drills
1 x 300m @75%
1 x 200m@85%
1 x 150m@85%
1 x 100m @ 85%
3 x 50m @95%, with blocks
2 x 200m @ 80%
I'm sore and tired, but in a good way.
