Track workout today!
I was really sore after Sunday's track meet and took a few days to recover. Still not 100%, but it was good to get back out there to shake off some cobwebs.
20 mins dynamic stretching and sprint drills
1 x 300m @70%
1 x 200m@80%
1 x 150m@80%
1 x 100m @ 80%
3 x 50m @95%, no blocks. These felt good.
2 x 200m. I didn't even bother to time these, just burn off calories and focus on form.
Nationals in 6 weeks.
