I'm in love
Last night I drizzled TJ's baby cauliflower and TJ's shredded brussels with a minute amount of olive oil, sprinkled with salt and then air fried (separately). I used 360 degrees and I don't remember the times but I think it was 12 min for the cauli and 10 for the brussels. You can (and should) pull the basket to shake the items at any time so you can always judge their doneness.
You know the crispy edges you get when you roast brussels sprouts? I had a whole basket of that. And the cauliflower had a nice texture and the combo was super. Mixed in a bit of TJ's garlic paste and added a vegan sausage and was in heaven.
