Like a year of trekking through mountains, plateaus, with a couple months of valleys (9 months climbing/plateauing/peaking) 3 months down in the valleys.

Boxing.  Got knocked down (had to miss National Masters outdoors due to injury), but not out, came back strong in outdoor track.  Still in the ring.

beer pong

lowest total running miles since I began running. DNf'd a 8 mile race on July 4th and barely made it though a couple of 5ks early in the year.
