I was added to this FB group and have been enjoying it SO much. It’s the most creative and tell-like-it-is group of posters I’ve ever seen but everyone’s still pretty respectful.

And their ideas on usage are often great. (Or a good warning.

Well first of all, there’s good news on the cheese front.

Now I will say that middle eastern feta is far superior to a lot of the dry shrink-wrapped stuff we get in the States. Bulgarian feta is as fantastic as Israeli.  So the presses *should* be stopped.

It’s been leaked by many a TJs employee that the good stuff will truly be Pastures of Eden brand. But others are sure it’s just Tnuva. (Which I’ve had and is great.). Either way, Sylvia’s daughter is having good feta karma for her birthday.
