Track workout today! Last tuneup before Saturday’s New England Masters championships, my first track meet in two months since my hip injury.
Jog 800m, 20 minutes sprint drills.
300m, 200m, 2 x 100m, 4 x 30m with starting blocks, all @ 90%.
Then I practiced some triple jumps and long jumps @50% focusing on form and technique.
