1/2 hour on the rowing machine followed by some weights.

I was all dressed for my run and stepped out onto my porch.  The I looked out and an intense wind and snow squall was blowing, probably making it dangerous to run in with traffic and low visibility.  Not to mention all the icy patches that were now covered with fresh snow that I could no longer see.  The squall abated after a few minutes, while I debated whether to head out.  Then another squall blew in, and that was it.  I ended up taking a quick nap after taking all my running gear off.  I didn't want to run on the treadmill again, after two past days of workouts on it.  So I will trade my usual Saturday day off, for today.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
