Ran our running club’s 5.3 mile trail race, and then handed out the awards after the race was over. We also put on a 10 mile race today, which I would’ve preferred to do, but it would’ve been unfair to ask everyone to wait around for my slow ass to finish to hand out the awards.

Did 4K around noon checking out a 1K route for a relay event I’m organizing. Then ran a 10K Halloween race. Recycled my pace fairy tutu.

Here I am beside the Race Announcer, “Too Tall Tony.”  Race medal was a coffin design.

Ran today for the first time in 11 days.
Time off was due to occasional weird knee pain and general lack of motivation.

6 miles today felt great, though.
