Jogged 4 miles as a warm-up, then ran a 5K race.

Worked a Breast Cancer Run for the Cure today.  Biked the 5K course twice to make sure everything was set, and walked 3K following the last walker on course.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Morning, 6.5 easy in two sets of 5k plus a warm up
evening 3.85 easy.
Did the extra run just to get over 100 for the month.
Weighed 216 and change after the morning run,
within 2 pounds of my lightest running weight from 2010.
Once I hit 214.6 I will be my lightest weight since the summer of 1982.

103 for the month,
6 month average of 110 per month.

So, the foot is holding together under a fair work load.
My times are back to where they were 7 years ago.
Maybe I got the injury bug beat.

And Boston just dropped 5 minutes on my BQ.
Good thing that's what I was planning to hit anyway.
