11.25K.  Mid afternoon run to avoid the building thunderstorms predicted later on.  Clouds and winds picked up a mile from home and thunder boomers started as I got in my door.  Rain and hail started 20 minutes after.  Sunny again now. 
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.

Nicely timed.  Running in a t-storm makes you go faster.

4 miles very fast.
Going for 10k but still have a touch of the flu
and breathing became a problem.

If I could of held it together it would have been about 48 flat for the 10k

The achilles was fine.
