6 miles, no walk breaks at all (I had been up to 4.5 miles running/90 seconds walking), both feet feel ok. I may have finally turned a corner with this injury.

Monthly summary: 273 miles, 2 races. Just one scheduled for March (8K) but might do a 5K next week as a tune up.
