Was on a mission today to skate on four downtown ice surfaces today, starting at the Toronto City Hall skate pad, which is a fountain in the summer.  Then a kilometer walk to an ice pad just outside Chinatown, which I had all by myself.  Another kilometer walk to a new 200 meter figure 8 skate trail built underneath an elevated expressway.  Finally just under a kilometer walk to a waterfront rink where I first took Learn to Skate lessons.  Spent between 20-45 minutes at each location.
If you're not living on the edge, you're taking up too much room.
