What say you? I am going to a later class @ the gym and still want to eat at a reasonable hour, my dinner involves mashed potatoes. I can't decide if it's better to reheat some or do in crock pot.

I'd reheat. Add some more milk or cream and they will be fine.

They reheat just fine. Restaurants do it all the time.
Also, the trader Joe's mashers (freezer section) are also great and have no weird ingredients.
