 7 miles on the roads and the icy trails. Had to get out there before the temperature sores into the 50s and it is brutally hot.

so i've gotten behind a little with running every other day. so next week i'm gonna run five time next week for short mileage. that's right, i'm gonna pad my log.

Last week it was so cold and icy that I missed Tuesday and the rest of the week, and had trouble figuring out what to wear to keep warm.  Today for what was supposed to be a screaming half?  67* and 92% humidity at the start.  With a headwind.  Growl.
