3 crappy miles, cut down from a planned 5. Too humid. Bleh.
Yeah it was nasty. I wanted to go out early while it was still overcast, but the sun came out 5 mins into my run (naturally I had not sun-screened). Plus, my glutes were sore from Wednesday's hill repeats, and both Achilles were sore because I hadn't stretched. But I always find getting through a run like this helps me down the road.
