12 miles, easy pace. My legs are beat up from two speed sessions this week.

Off to Italy for a family vacation and my parents' 50th wedding anniversary tomorrow.

Lifted weights today, despite not running for 21 straight days I've only gained 2 pounds.

23 years of running and this is my first running injury, the mental aspect is the most difficult part to manage.

28K.  Beautiful sunny, 70F day.

Lots of Terry Fox Runs going on today.  Hard to believe it's been 35 years since his Marathon of Hope to run across Canada with one good leg and one prosthetic leg.
